Cinnamon Quills are prepared from the layer bark of the plant Cinnamonum zeylanicum blume which has been fermented then rolled to form a solid cylinder known as a quill. Cinnamon Quills have a fragrant aroma, an aromatic sweet taste and are light brown in colour.
