- 2 Simple Steps To A Nutritious Start Step 1: Empty Sachet Into A Microwaveable Bowl and Add 1/2 Cup of Skim Milk Or Water (Or Pour To Fill Line Indicated On Empty Sachet) and Stir To Mix Step 2: Microwave On High for 90 Seconds, Stir and Allow To Cool Slightly Before Serving.
