Cooking Instructions:

1. Slice 500g of lean chicken breast (or your favourite lean meat or veggie alternative) and stir-fry in a non-stick pan until brown, then add your preferred vegetables.
2. Add entire contents of jar and stir-fry until ingredients are cooked and sauce is hot.
3. Meanwhile, cook 1 cup of dry rice and serve with your meal.
