- To Microwave: Peel film completely off cup. Heat (1000W) one cup on HIGH for 40 seconds (60 seconds for two cups). Remove cup from microwave holding the rim as it will be hot. Serve immediately. 800W: Microwave one cup for 60 seconds or two cups for 80 seconds. Microwave ovens vary adjust cooking time to suit accordingly. Care should be taken when handling the heated cup.

- Heating Method Peel cup film back about 1-2 cms Heat 1 cup on high for 40 seconds (60 seconds for 2 cups) Remove cup from microwave and peel back film completely off cup. Cooking time based on 1000 watt microwave. Microwave ovens vary, adjust cooking times accordingly. Take care when handling the heated cup. Once opened use immediately. Do not reheat.
