- Heating Method Peel cup film back about 1-2 cms Heat 1 cup on high for 40 seconds (60 seconds for 2 cups) Remove cup from microwave and peel back film completely off cup. Cooking time based on 1000 watt microwave. Microwave ovens vary, adjust cooking times accordingly. Take care when handling the heated cup. Once opened use immediately. Do not reheat.
